Property Details

Detached villa in a residential street close to Colva beach.  This beautiful spacious colonial Portuguese style villa has been recently refurbished to a high standard. The Ground floor has a spacious lounge, raised dinning area, Kitchen, Double bedroom, Bathroom and separate WC.  The first floor living accommodation has two double bedrooms, one single room, Bathroom, WC, lounge and an additional kitchen.

Ground floor (Can be rented as a 1 bedroom apartment)

The ground floor is accessed through the front entrance.

 

Living room/Dinning room: There is a large sitting room to your left and a raised area to the staircase leading to first floor, to your left is a dining room, and the door to the double bedroom. There is a hand basin in the hall.

 

Kitchen: The kitchen is accessed through a doorway off of the dinning room, the kitchen has a stainless steel sink, 4 hob gas range and there is a small gas oven, also floor cupboards and wall cupboards.

 

Bedroom: Good sized bedroom with a double bed and bedroom furniture

 

Bathrooms: Off the kitchen is a hall which leads to the wet w/c room with hand basin, and adjacent separate w/c with hand basin.

 

There is a large room off the kitchen which would make a good breakfast room, this leads to the back entrance door and a terrace.

 

Outside

Outside to the right of the property is a drive with parking for several vehicles, the garden is small but pleasant.  It is a nice quiet road and has an outlook over fields for the most part, and is not overlooked. Pleasant mature garden surrounds property

 

First floor (can be rented as a 3 bedroom apartment)

The first floor comprises: entrance vestibule,

 

Bedroom 1 & 2: Two twin bed bedrooms of good size with window mounted A/C, each is supplied with double wardrobe and drawer space, both have doors opening onto the front balcony.

 

Bedroom 3: A further single bed bedroom no A/C and no fan in evidence, once again of good size, no access to rear balcony.

All mattresses are new in all bedrooms.

 

Kitchen: A kitchen with floor cupboards and wall cupboards, stainless steel sink and double hob,

 

Living room: There is a sitting area which opens out onto a good sized sitting area on the balcony. In the hall between the two bathrooms is a wash basin.

 

Bathrooms: There is a good sized newly installed wet room with shower w/c and wash basin. Adjacent is a w/c with hand basin

Further details Outside: The Property is detached located in rural quiet location, on a quiet road, approx 1 kilometres from Margao town centre and 4 kilometres from the nearest beach, Colva with all amenities. A short 10 minute walk will put you on to the main Colva Margao road and a bus route and 25 mins drive to airport

Colva Beach is approx 5 minutes drive away. There are many shops and restaurants, together with a mini supermarkets within walking distance. There are also a few beach shacks as you enter Colva Beach, where you can experience the tasty local cuisine.

In the other direction, Margao is 1 km away, this is a smaller version of Panjim. Here you will find a cinema complex, retail shops, more restaurants and office buildings
