WHY INVEST IN GOA?
Goa – India’s
‘must see’ destination is fast becoming a ‘must have’ for tourists who

Forecast
It is estimated that the capital
growth over the next 5 years will approx be 15-25% pa. Goa offers

excellent rental returns.
