STRUCTURE: RCC frame structure. Internal brick masonry partition walls and external walls of brick/laterite masonry.

PLASTER: External double coat sand faced cement plaster. Internal single coat plaster with a coat of neeru.

FLOORING: Flooring of ceramic/vitrified tiles or equivalent. Toilet dado up to 2.10m height and floor of glazed/ceramic tiles or equivalent.

DOORS/WINDOWS: Main door with Teakwood frames and shutter or equivalent. All other doors with Sal wood frames, flush door shutters or equivalent. Window frames of Sal wood, shutters of Teakwood with 4mm plain/frosted glass. Doors and windows with steel hinges and steel/brass fittings. Main door with a night latch, eye piece etc.
