1. Walls will be constructed from laterite stones and coated outside with cement plaster/weatherproof paint abd inside gypsum / emulsion paint. All floors will be finished in ceramic tiles or natural stone. External doors and door frames will be of seasoned hardwood, windows will have steel grills and aluminium frames

 

2. Bathrooms will have glazed wall tiles, non-slip floor tiles and colour coordinated ceramic bathroom fittings. Showers and basins will have hot and cold water supplies. All plumbing will be concealed. Water will be supplied from a roof tank filled from the Goa public water main

 

3. Kitchens will have granite worktops with tiled backs and stainless steel sink fitted with hot and cold taps. Plumbing and electrical fittings will be provided for a water heater, washing machine and refridgerator. Kitchen units can be fitted under the worktops and/or on the wall behind
