SPECIFICATION:

i)     The construction is of RCC frame structure.

ii)    The external walls are of 20 cms thick laterite or brick masonry.

iii)   The external plaster is in two coats with sand faced finish and the internal plaster is of single coat with neeru finish.

iv)   The internal surfaces of the walls shall be of oil-bond distemper and the external walls in cement paint.

v)    Flooring of ceramic tiles for all the rooms. Basic rate being Rs. 150/- per sq. mt. Bathrooms will have glazed tiles full-height.  Basic rate being Rs. 150/- per sq. mts. Sanitaryware will  be of ceramic and in white colour.

vi)   All  the  plumbing  lines/pipes  will  be concealed with a provision of hot and cold water  lines in the bathrooms (excluding geysers).

vii)    The main door will be of teakwood. All other doors shall be of flush type. Windows will be powder coated/anodised aluminium sections.

viii)   Electrical wiring will be of copper concealed type. Living-Dining room shall have 3 Light points, 1 Fan point, 2 plug points of 5 amps  and one each Telephone & T.V. point.  Bedrooms shall have 2 light points, 1 fan point and one 5 amps plug point, one each 15 amps power plug point shall be fitted in the kitchen and bathrooms respectively. The purchaser shall obtain and bear the expenses for electrical connection from the Electricity Department. The Developer ‘shall   only provide to the Purchaser the required Test Report which is sufficient for obtaining electrical connection.

ix)   The kitchen platform will be of black granite stone. The dado will be of 60 cms and fitted with glaze tiles. The platform will be fitted with a single bowl stainless sink  of 45 cms. Total length of the platform will be 8 ft
