Tenants Booking Conditions

will be accepted by telephone, email, post or in person. At the
time of booking, you must complete a booking form on behalf of
yourself and all other persons on whose behalf the booking is
made and pay a non-refundable deposit of £100 or full payment if
booking before 10 weeks of travel. When you send the booking
form you are confirming that you understand and have accepted
our booking conditions. Should you later cancel,
cancellation charges will become payable in accordance with
paragraph 5. We allow four days for your booking form and monies
to reach us. If we do not receive them within this time, we will
automatically release your reservation
2 Paying
for your property
Payment can be made by cheque to Homes for Living Ltd. On
receipt of payment a confirmation invoice will be sent to you
giving you details of the accommodation booked, dates and the
total cost due including taxi transfers. This confirmation
invoice forms a contract between Homes For Living Ltd and the
person to whom it is addressed and is based on the understanding
that you, on behalf of yourself and all the other persons on
whose behalf the booking is made, have read and understood

Booking Information and . The full balance is due 10 weeks
before the start of your holiday. We reserve the right to cancel
your holiday (and invoke cancellation charges as detailed in
paragraph 5) if payment is not received by the due date.
For bookings
made within 10 weeks of departure, the full amount is due at the
time of booking.
You may be
required to put a security deposit on some properties to cover
any breakages and cost of telephone calls. This will be stated
on the individual property rates. The Security Deposit will be
returned to you within 4 weeks of your return less any costs
3 Insurance
As a condition of
booking, Homes For Living Ltd requires that you take out
adequate holiday insurance cover for each person in your party.
At least 21 days prior to departure we will require you to send
us your Insurance Company Name and policy number, together with
the 24 hour emergency telephone number. If you fail to provide
Home For Living Ltd with these details, we reserve the right to
cancel your booking with no refund of payments you have made to
us

Changes by you
If, once a confirmation invoice has been issued, you wish to
make any changes to your booking arrangements, for example dates
or accommodation, you must notify us in writing. We will do our
utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible.
Where we can make the changes, an administration charge of £25
per change of details will be made.
If there are any
last minute changes to your arrival arrangements, please inform
our office immediately. If you fail to do this, any additional
transfer costs will be charged locally

Cancellation Should you
or any member of your party wish to cancel your booking or part
of it, written notification must be received from the party
leader nominated on the booking form. Cancellation will become
effective from the date on which written notification is
received by Homes for Living Ltd and cancellation charges will
apply. The cancellation charges are a percentage of the total
price for the accommodation and services booked with
Homes4living.

Breakages: The customer
is responsible for damage or breakages internal/external of
property and contents rented caused by any party member. With
some properties a deposit to cover this will be required before
departure, this will be returned in full, less any deductions
for breakages, within two weeks of the customer vacating the
property.
6 Non -
assignment: The
accommodation provided by Homes for Living Ltd is for the use of
the persons named on the final invoice and confirmed by us.
Subletting, sharing or assignment is absolutely prohibited. The
properties are booked for normal holiday use only and
pets/animals are not allowed. If in the opinion of ourselves,
accommodation manager or other person in authority deem that you
are behaving in such a way as to cause danger, distress or
annoyance to others or damage property, your holiday
arrangements may be terminated by either ourselves or the
supplier concerned. In this situation we will have no liability
to you and will not be responsible for making refund, paying any
compensation or meeting any costs or expenses you incur as a
result. Further, you must meet any expenses we incur as a result
of your behaviour.
7 Your Obligations:
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they arrive at
the place of and departure in adequate time and with the
correct travel documents. Any loss or damage that the client
suffers through failure to do so, is the responsibility of the
client and we accept no liability for the client's failure to
accept this obligation. We reserve the right to terminate the
holiday of any client or party member without notice where the
client's conduct or behaviour or that of any member of the party
which the client has accepted responsibility for by signing the
booking form, is disruptive or which affects the enjoyment of
other holidays or local residents. In terminating the holiday on
such grounds, Homes for Living Ltd does not accept any liability
for any additional costs incurred, by the client or any member
of the client's party. In addition, the client will be
responsible for any additional expenses incurred by us. All
breakages or damages to the accommodation must be reported
immediately and these must be paid for locally before vacating
the villa or apartment. We also reserve the right to charge for
damage or breakages not reported and found after departure. All
our properties are non smoking.
